Akin & Suri is a London based brand, created in 2008 interior designer Burcu Akin and textile designer Piyush Suri as a creative expression of their design aesthetics and cultural backgrounds.

Their unique style is a harmonious blend of colour and neutrals, cultural references from their home countries of Turkey and India, their multicultural life in vibrant London and their love of symmetry and geometry. Their collection ranges from graphic traditional motifs to 70s retro patterns and Scandinavian geometric prints. 

Our Ethos-

Akin & Suri designs and manufactures hand screen printed cotton and linen fabrics, wallpapers, soft furnishings and interior accessories such as cushions and table linen. Ethical production, natural products and traditional manufacturing techniques are very important as a company philosophy. 

Akin & Suri's team also offers interior consultancy, collaborates with other designers and brands, and works on bespoke design projects.

Akin & Suri's work has been featured in the world’s leading interior design magazines, is stocked in high end departement stores such as Harrods and interior design shops worldwide, and has representatives in many countries.

The brand is based in London, where they work from their creative studios in Notting Hill.
